A motorcade on the western side of the city by the Charter Members of the Rotary Club of Tuguegarao-Citadel was held in the morning of Oct 27, 2007 (Saturday). The chartering of the club and the induction of the officers and members, also the Rotary Anns (spouses/wifes of Rotarians) was held in the evenning. The Charter President is Jude M. Lingan, a member of VCF-Tuguegarao.
